How we work

The same four stages for every project.

Not because we are rigid. Because it removes the guesswork.

Full process

You fill in a brief. We schedule a call. By the end of that conversation we both know whether the project makes sense, what the scope is, and what success looks like. We confirm the brief in writing before any payment is taken.

Before we design anything we establish the creative direction in writing: concept, references, colour approach, typographic direction. You approve this before we open a design tool. It is the single most important step in the process.

We work to the approved direction and present concepts in stages. Feedback is collected in consolidated rounds. There are no half-finished reveals or weeks of silence. You see the work develop and know where we are.

Final files are packaged, labelled, and organised in every format you will need. We walk you through the delivery, explain what each file is for, and answer questions about how to use the assets. The relationship does not end at file transfer.

We have a documented pre-design process that establishes the creative direction before anything is designed. Most studios skip this. When it is done well, it means every design decision has a rationale and the client knows what to expect before they see the first concept.

Yes. The majority of our clients are outside the New Orleans area. We work fully remotely for most projects. Collaboration happens over video calls and shared tools. Louisiana is where we are based, not where we are limited.

Essentials includes 2 rounds, Studio includes 4, Atelier includes unlimited rounds within the agreed scope. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback submitted at the same time. We ask you to compile your notes before submitting them.

Identity work: AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG at multiple sizes. Publication work: InDesign with packaged links, press-ready PDF. Digital work: Figma source files. Illustration: AI, SVG, layered PSD. Print: CMYK PDFs with full bleed and crop marks.
